Check out my newest Fairy Garden....for my friend, Lydia, who asked me to make her a little something for her office....
The fairies love it! They have been dancing around their fire pit and swinging on their tree house swing...thinking of ways to carve their perfect pumpkins!!!....
If you look REALLY close....you may see a glimpse of their black cats that live in the tree house. They are so sweet but very shy! They only come out a night when the fairies dance among the soft moss and make music on their bell....
I heard they were planning an Autumn tea party!....what a fabulous idea! Autumn is the most enchanting time for a tea party, don't you think?!! They insist that you are all invited....
...and to invite your black cats.....it will be a most delicious event....

Oh my goodness! I love, love, love the fairy garden. My son would just go crazy for that. We'd have to make one immediately. :) I also love all the decorations with witches. I got to the be the witch today playing (a new idea from our Waldorf stories :). And my boys LOVE popscicle sticks too. I buy them by the big box. lol Loving your blog...

ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful! I was always enchanted by faeries living in the country, I even knew someone who had a little faerie door in the base of one of thier trees. This is a lovely way to keep faeries around in the city!
